Made approx in 1980s/90s, this is a 20s style beaded shawl or collar<br><br>Made of nylon mesh and plastic beads, it is completely see through so it is meant to be worn over or in addition to an outfit<br><br>Beautiful condition, the only flaw I see is about 5 beads missing from the neck on the back, seen in 4th photo. It is not noticeable when worn<br><br><br>12“ long at the longest point<br>Neck opening is 25" around
