This is a First Edition of Ansel and Virginia Adams soft-cover book "Illustrated Guide to Yosemite Valley" It was printed in San Francisco: H.S. Crocker Co., 1940. First Edition. 127 pp. <br><br>It contains black and white photographic reproductions by Adams and a number of maps in color (1 folding). It is spiral bound (white) and has blue covers with white lettering. <br><br>The Adams wrote the book as a tourist guide with essential information on Yosemite Valley and its surrounding mountain regions, including maps and detailed information on accommodations, road trips, and trails. <br><br>It is in excellent condition, having been mainly kept in storage.
