Exquisite 19th-century French brass mantle clock, featuring a gilded neoclassical design. This architectural timepiece showcases Corinthian columns, pineapple finials, and a chapter ring with recessed numerals. Resting on a rectangular plinth base with an applied shield and laurel leaf plaque.
Approximate measurements: 14"H x 11.5"W x 5.5"D. Approximate weight: 17.5 lb.
Condition: In wonderful condition for its age, exhibiting minor tarnish and a couple of small scratches. Appears to have all original components, including the pendulum. Clock key is not included. Functionality of the chime pendulum works has been tested and confirmed (chimes every 30 minutes and on the hour).
