AO American Optical Gold General Pilot sunglasses with 52[]14 frame size (nose bridge may be a tight fit). These iconic bayonet aviator sunglasses feature original, non-polarized glass lenses, likely military issue and without logos. The frames are authentic 24k Gold aviator frames, originally issued to Naval Aviators in the 1960s-70s. Meticulously disassembled, cleaned, and restored to original specifications. The right temple tip has been professionally cleaned, and the left temple arm is a new OEM stock. The gold frame is rated 9/10, exhibiting minor wear as shown in the pictures. The nose pads are original AO and in fantastic condition.
