Antique Round Brass Barrel Stencil Ulrich Locher Peoria Illinois Quality First Brand Early 1900's. Based on some research we were able to determine this barrel stencil most likely belonged to a company owned by Ulrich Locher in the early 1900's, predating the Luthy & Locker Fruit & Produce company that also wholesaled other grocery goods. It has seen a lot of things in it's age but still displays wonderfully!
