The inners have stains and many have loose elastic. 5 of the outers have loose elastic. Wipes are a combination of quality. Despite the loose elastic on the inners, we never had any issues with leaking for my baby. <br>See my other listings for diaper pail liners, stay-dry and overnighter liners to complete a full cloth diaper system.
