EUC - I only used this very briefly, unfortunately soon after purchasing it (directly from the Coach Store- proof available if needed) I was in an accident that broke my arm- so I purchased the Coach backpack to help me hold w one arm/shoulder! The detachable strap has never been used so it’s brand new! As you can see there are barely if any outer visible signs of wear.
