Overview: Up for sale is this really tremendous small impressionist oil painting on board by listed Italian artist, Giuseppe Salvati (1900-1968). Salvati was born in Italy and mainly lived in Capri. He has auction records up to $1,400. This small piece depicts a shepherd with his sheep resting in a lovely meadow. A beautiful little piece. It comes framed in a period gold wood frame. <br><br>Condition: The painting shows some minor wear/toning. Frame appears to be in excellent condition. <br><br>Measurements: Painting measures approximately 10 inches wide x 8 inches high. Frame measures approximately 14.25 inches wide x 12.25 inches high.
