The cottage itself is 99% percent complete and is in overall very good condition.<br><br>This lot also includes:<br><br>Reindeer (30474) - there are two of them and they are 99% complete, no instructions.<br><br>Snowman (30197) - there are two of them and they are complete. They have some yellowing on the back, see picture. No instructions.<br><br>Creator Santa Claus (30478) - it is complete with instructions.<br><br>Santa Claus (40206) - complete with box and instructions.<br><br>Santa Claus minifigure and various accessories.
