It is a heavy jacket weighs over 3 pounds. There is a small peeling spot on the back of the jacket (shown in 11th photo). There is wear around the bottom of sleeves, on the under/back side so not really noticeable (example in 12th photo) &amp; the bottom of the jacket. <br><br>Please see all 12 photos, photos show approximate size &amp; zoom in for condition<br><br>Comes from a smoke free &amp; pet free home.
