Excellent condition, no flaws. This gorgeous early Haskell dress clip dates to the mid 1940s as evidenced by the use of a plastic backing due to the metal shortage caused by World War II. Features glass spherical beads in a rainbow of colors, topped with clear seed beads and attached by hand to clear hole-punched plastic base with "Made in USA" silver tone clip.
