The listed size is XS, but I think it can be worn by men up to about a size M to L. For reference, I usually wear a women's size M, but I wore it loose and baggy. I'm 157cm tall, but the balance wasn't particularly bad. I didn't cut the length. I wore it rolled up. So, for men, I think it can be worn comfortably by those who usually wear a size M.
