New with tags from the brand Mac Duggal in a size 2. This from their Ieena collection. This is a truly gorgeous dress and will make anyone stand out while wearing it. It has a gorgeous all-over floral print. The dress is lined, but the sleeves would be semi-sheer on. It is new with tags, but there is one thing to point out. On the back near the zipper is a very tiny hole. It looks like it was from a tag at one point. It would not be noticeable when on. <br><br><br>Armpit to armpit is about 17.5 inches and pulls to a max of about 18.5 inches. At the max, it might be tighter on. There is little to no give here.<br><br><br>The waist is about 18 inches and pulls to a max of 19 inches. At the max, it might be tighter on.
