The #5 head mold is odd. It doesn't have a head mold number at all. It can be identified by the single tooth and two dimples.
Head Mold #5 also known as "Singletooth". This head mold has a very small nose, two dimples, and most noticeably, a top front tooth. It first appeared in 1985. This doll is wearing her original outfit and a Cabbage Patch diaper. She is in excellent, not played-with condition. Smoke-free and pet-free home.
